Does the parcel require a signature?
For security reasons all our parcels are sent requiring a signature from the customer upon arrival.
Any customers who do not want to sign for their parcel upon arrival must state this in the order notes at checkout or email the company after placing an order stating their intentions. The parcel(s) will then be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Standard or Royal Mail International Standard, for the same charge. Although the company will always make every effort to ensure the safe arrival of your order, any non-signature parcels that go missing in the post will not be insured by the company and a refund will not be offered.
Please note the customer will be liable to pay any Duty Tax incurred on International deliveries.
All orders can be returned to us or exchanged within 14 days of arrival. All items returned to us must be in re-sale condition with tags still attached, unless there is a fault with the garment (a manufacturing defect e.g. rip, tear, mark).
If you wish to return or exchange your order you must first email the company to request a returns and exchanges form (email@example.com).
Once this is completed you must send back the product(s), with the form, to the address found on the form. You can either include the completed form in the parcel or email it back to us at firstname.lastname@example.org (we advise all customers to consider this option before printing).
A member of the Morcant team will then inspect the returned product upon arrival to ensure it meets the outlined criteria or fault described. If we are happy that the product can be re-sold, or matches the defect description given, we will send a full refund to you - please allow some time for this to arrive back in your bank - or the new item as requested. You will be notified as soon as the team have inspected your return and a refund has been issued or the exchanged item has been dispatched.
